Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Mercure, I indulged in a sensory journey at the "Quatre Saison" restaurant. The blend of international delicacies and regional specialties was a delight to my palate, a true reflection of Germany's culinary prowess. The extensive buffet breakfast was a symphony of fresh flavors, with a chef ready to whip up eggs or omelettes just the way you like.Post-dinner, I retreated to the inviting ambiance of "L'apero" bar, where locally produced Altbier paired perfectly with the hot and cold snacks on offer. The small bites complemented the fine wines and the friendly chatter among guests. The hotel's dedication to culinary innovation, reflected in both the restaurant and bar, elevates it beyond a mere accommodation choice. For a fusion of flavors and a cozy retreat, Mercure is a top contender.
